SUNKAYA'S JUICE BAR
September 2016 in Taipei
We launched a new business style of "Shunkaya Shunkaya" which sells high-class fruits in Japan at department stores in Taipei, concept development and product development of Shunka shop Juice Bar.
A fruit parfait that tastes the seasons using seasonal fruits in Japan, and a simple yet developed fresh juice that conveys the features and luxury of each material. Throughout the year, we will introduce Japanese seasonal fruit through juice.

台北のデパートで日本の高級果物を販売する『旬果屋 Shunkaya』の新業態、旬果屋 Juice Bar のコンセプト開発、商品開発の実施。
日本の旬の果物を使った季節を味わうフルーツパフェや、シンプルながらも、素材それぞれの特徴や高級感が伝わるフレッシュジュースを開発。年間を通じて、日本の旬の果物をジュースを通して台湾の現地消費者に紹介。

Which is the first trial to be opened bb wholesaler of Tsukiji fish market in Japan and Hong Kong company (Hikari F&B).
We are helping to bring the fresh foods from Japan, create the menus, design and branding, PR, SNS Marketing and digital membership marketing and sales analytic.
Also plan the event and fairs with local Japan to use the space.

We're assisting to Saga prefecture in Japan to be held the products selling event and fair menu at "Gonpachi" which is one of the famous luxuary Japanese restaurant own by 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited in Hong Kong.
香港で有名な創作和食屋「権八(Gonpachi)」での佐賀県商談会実施及び佐賀の２０種類以上に及び食材を使用したフェアメニューの実施を支援。
KUMAMOTO PREFECTURE PR FLAG SHOP "KAPPO RO ANN"

Located on the 28th floor of iSQUARE in Tsim Sha Tsui, the restaurant offers hotpot dishes,
sushi and sashimi made by fresh ingredients imported from the prefecture against the
backdrop of a panoramic harbour view. The interior design also resembles the image of Kumamoto Castle.
熊本県の地域活性化の取り組みとして、地元熊本の金融機関である肥後銀行と連携し、香港の方々に熊本を「見て、食べて、感じる」場所を開業し、熊本県の食や観光の情報発信、及び生産者と消費者の接点の場所となる。
食を中心に熊本の魅力を現地消費者向けに情報発信すると共に、産地直送の食材を使用しオリジナルで新しいスタイルの料理を提供する。
出店地は、九竜半島南端の「尖沙咀 」の31階建て商業ビル「iSQUARE(國際廣場)]の28階。「100万ドルの夜景」との呼ばれる香港島の夜景が望める。席数は約102席。鍋をゆっくり楽しめる鍋専用個室、新鮮なネタをを目の前で握る寿司カウンター、貸切可能なVIPルーム、イベントなど開催可能なファンクションルームなどを備える。更なる熊本県の情報発信を行なう為、一般客やバイヤー向けのイベントやプロモーションなどを
定期的に行い、日本から香港への商物流の促進や、日本への観光客増加を狙う。香港から熊本県への観光客数は熊本地震の影響により減少していたが、少しずつ回復し始めている動向に、追い風となるように力を入れていく。
